Professional and personal SMART goals

  • ​Submit a psychometric manuscript related to the NSF STEM research study during the summer of 2023

  • Develop online course materials for FYS during fall 2023

  • Submit a manuscript demonstrating the effectiveness of our build grit curriculum by end of 2023

  • Implement the new course materials for FYS in spring 2024 and collect data for pilot study

  • Develop an online grit course for college students and athletes by 2025

  • Complete a half marathon race in 2023
